Look who's doing the blog thing.

If you guessed me, you were right, good job, ten points for you. Anyway, welcome! As you may know, I have just arrived in la douce France. The plan is to stay here for eight weeks and entertain mainly children. The people who know me can stop snorting in disbelief now: I know I've always said I don't like children, but there is such a thing as trying new things. Regardless, moral support is always appreciated.

So, what has happened thus far? Not much, I fear. I woke up this morning at an ungodly hour, zombiewalked to the car, took a plane (crying children should be forbidden (woop there I go (might as well get used to it (cough okay (crying children are lovely)))), took the bus to Annecy, and now I am sitting in the middle of a deserted train station in a bright orange sweater, waiting for the patron of the camping that will be my home for the next eight weeks. The bright colour of my apparel is attracting some looks, although it might also be because of the hair. It's always because of the hair...
